The purpose of this invitation-only workshop is to bring together active researchers and companies working in the specific fields of cathodoluminescence and electron beam induced current (CL-EBIC) within the tested framework that stimulates in-depth discussions. This continues the series which was previously held in Berlin (2018) and Grenoble (2023) (see previous proceedings).

LumiSpy tutorial
The HyperSpy/LumiSpy tutorial presented at the meeting by Aidan Campbell (PDI) used the Jupyter Notebook 250410_CLEBIC_HyperSpy-LumiSpy.ipynb downloadable from here:
